Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery time depends on your location and will be provided during the checkout process.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Austria: 3–7 business days
  • European Union (EU): 7–14 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Providers

We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union (EU). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the EU at this time.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery.


Shipping of Handmade Items

All our products are handmade, which makes them unique. While we ensure safe packaging to protect your order, minor imperfections in appearance due to the handmade nature of the items are not considered defects.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at office@interiorvanilla.com with your order number and supporting photos (for damaged items). We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
